2.According to customers requirement, we can process common or special melted-zinc-bath with different length, depth, width, weight no more than 100 tons, and thickness 40-30mm, for example, flat, round, diamond, trapezoid or silo melted zinc baths, but the steel plate's thickness must be from 50mm to 60mm.
3.The melted-zinc-baths are welded with plate steel in supersonic, passing GB4730-94 Standard. The class of weld seam is, Qualified products is up to grade "2"
